Andreas Müller joins Beerligroup as a Senior Executive
Andreas Müller supports internationally active Swiss companies in developing and implementing future-proof strategies for HR and sustainability. He leads corporate transformations from strategy development through the adaptation and further development of organisational design to implementation, with the corresponding change management and communication measures.
Andreas Müller holds a degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann, University of Rostock), is a certified leadership coach (DBVC) and an ISO 9001 lead auditor. He deepened his expertise over more than 20 years with internationally active companies in logistics, aviation, aerospace, hospitality and manufacturing. During this time he served at executive board and C-level, including as Chief People & Sustainability Officer at a global Swiss SME.
Familiar with the challenges facing medium-sized family businesses, he has guided them resiliently through complex change processes as a reliable partner with a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach, securing their long-term competitiveness. His responsibilities have included defining and implementing HR and sustainability strategies, setting up shared services centres, complex HR digitalisation initiatives and post-merger integrations.
Today he brings this combination to interim and advisory mandates as a C-level sparring partner, focusing on medium-sized companies in Switzerland facing specific questions of HR transformation, corporate development or integration.
