Carsten Eisenkrämer joins Beerligroup as a Senior Executive
Carsten Eisenkrämer leads SMEs with technical products to profitable growth across the entire value chain, from sales through development, production and procurement to service. He offers this as an interim manager, as a sparring partner and coach for internal management, and as a board member during an integration phase.
Carsten Eisenkrämer is a graduate mechanical engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur) from RWTH Aachen, completed an Executive MBA at WHU–Kellogg School of Management, and also holds a CAS in Sales Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
He deepened his expertise at C-level as managing director of B2B industrial companies in power plant, engine and plant engineering and construction machinery, as well as for many years in automation and packaging technology.
He has successfully led international teams across several sites in Europe, North America and Asia, and is an expert in integrating various acquired companies into one team that delivers on corporate objectives.
He is familiar with the requirements and expectations of both family-run SMEs and private equity organisations.
