Marco Prehn has over 25 years’ international experience in strategy, sustainability and transformation across a range of sectors. As a Senior Strategy & Transformation Executive, he has played a key role in helping companies drive growth, create value and successfully implement major change programmes – including portfolio planning, organisational restructuring, PMO governance and ESG integration.

With a solid background in strategy, sustainability and transformation, he knows how to manage complex, global organisations as well as SMEs in a pragmatic manner: from the development of forward-looking strategies through to operational implementation. His work is characterised by analytical precision, commercial judgement and the diplomatic ability to persuade stakeholders at senior management level to ensure targeted implementation in international contexts across functions, regions and cultures.
