Marc Wanderer

Marc Wanderer has over 30 years’ management experience, including more than 20 years in leadership roles such as CEO, CIO, CTO and CDO. He specialises in turnaround management and the transformation of companies, business units and projects – ranging from rightsizing and restructuring to growth initiatives. As an expert in digital business transformation, he possesses in-depth specialist knowledge in engineering and ICT, particularly in industrial software development. He has achieved sustained success in sectors such as construction, mechanical engineering, logistics, food, transport and defence. He gained international experience as an expatriate in Australia, France, Brazil and Japan, where, amongst other things, he was responsible for major outsourcing projects. Marc speaks fluent German, English and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Japanese. He holds a Master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change (INSEAD, France), an MBA (Deakin University, Australia) and an MSc in Electrical Engineering (EPFL).
