Markus Feldmann

Markus Feldmann specialises in transformations within SMEs in the capital goods industry. Over the course of 30 years, he has gained experience with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in plant, machinery and mould construction within the plastics, steel, print media and textile industries. With practical experience in international project management – including on-site work in all BRIC countries – and 20 years of leadership experience, he has been entrusted with various general management roles in addition to line management functions.

He has in-depth knowledge of the entire value chain of industrial companies. He has shaped the transformation of business units both strategically and operationally, led digitalisation projects and, with cross-divisional P&L responsibility, delivered outstanding turnover and profit results.

Markus Feldmann holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering (HTL) from the HSR, a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Business Administration from the ZHAW, and has undertaken further training in leadership at the HSG. Drawing on his expertise in business mediation, Markus Feldmann establishes a trusting atmosphere for dialogue right from the first contact and finds constructive ways of dealing with challenging situations.
