Alonso Quilez is an experienced operations executive specialising in the structural reorganisation of value chains in medium-sized industrial and consumer goods companies.

It is used in particular in situations where operational complexity limits growth and profitability, or where existing structures have reached their limits in terms of scalability. These include, amongst other things, inefficient supply chain structures, excessive fixed costs and a lack of reliability in innovation and project processes.

In his leadership roles, he has fundamentally reorganised supply chains, sustainably optimised cost structures and established effective control and project management mechanisms that ensure the reliable implementation of initiatives in terms of time, budget and scope of work.

He has many years of international leadership experience in Europe, the USA and China, and combines analytical excellence with a keen understanding of organisation, leadership and consistent implementation.
