Armin Keller

Armin Keller brings over 35 years’ experience in the operational and strategic management of companies and start-ups. He combines many years’ leadership experience with in-depth expertise in banking and finance as well as technology.

In his role as CTO and Deputy CIO of a major Swiss financial institution, he was responsible for IT architecture, cyber security, IT risk and data management, and drove the adoption of pioneering technologies such as AI and cloud computing. Prior to this, as CDO and Deputy CEO, he played a key role in building a successful internet start-up in the property and finance sector. As Chief of Staff at a universal bank, Armin Keller played a key role in shaping strategic development, management and leadership. In addition, he has extensive experience in brand management, sponsorship, marketing and communications – including during times of crisis – as well as in corporate governance, the establishment of compliance structures and management systems, and in corporate banking. His passion lies in transformation and driving sustainable change: he combines strategic clarity with a human touch, leads complex projects to success and supports organisations through times of upheaval. Thanks to his broad experience, he is an ideal sparring partner for executives and decision-makers. Armin Keller holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has completed further training at IMD Lausanne.
