Raffaele Starace

Raffaele Starace has more than 25 years’ operational, strategic and leadership experience in industry. He has worked in various sectors, including defence and security, steel and metals, logistics and distribution centres, mechanical engineering and public transport. His areas of expertise lie in supply chain management, procurement, logistics and operations.

In senior roles as Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Manager of Supply Chain, he was responsible for national and international procurement volumes running into the hundreds of millions. He led programmes to reduce costs, increase efficiency and optimise processes, designed challenging transformation projects and developed resilient supplier networks.

He combines operational excellence, strategic vision and leadership with a deep understanding of industrial value creation networks. As a graduate of several further education programmes in leadership, strategy, organisational development and artificial intelligence – including an MAS, an MBA and a CAS in Chief AI Officer – he bridges the gap between digital transformation and sustainable corporate development.

Raffaele Starace supports companies with strategic reorientation, improving efficiency and the digitalisation of their supply chains. He speaks German, Italian and English.
