Raffaele Starace

Raffaele Starace has many years of leadership and management experience in industry. His sector knowledge covers defence and security, steel and metals, logistics and distribution, mechanical engineering and public transport. His focus is on supply chain management, procurement, logistics and operations.

In senior roles as Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Manager Supply Chain, he was responsible for procurement volumes in the hundreds of millions. He led programmes to increase efficiency and optimise processes, shaped demanding transformation projects and developed international supplier networks.

He combines operational excellence, strategic foresight and leadership with sound expertise in digital transformation and artificial intelligence. His further education includes an MAS, an Executive MBA in AI Strategy, Leadership and Transformation, and several CAS, including Chief AI Officer and Organisational Development.

He supports companies in strategic realignment, sustainable efficiency gains and the digitalisation of their supply chains. His way of working is characterised by clarity, responsibility and trust.
