Beerligroup kicks off 2026 with a successful SME leadership event

Following a welcome address by Paul Beerli, a member of the Beerligroup Board of Directors, Eliseo Auciello, Managing Partner of Beerligroup, acted as moderator and guided the audience through the programme. The focus was on three specific practical examples (‘success stories’), which met with great interest amongst the participants.

Topics covered included, amongst others:

• Optimising sales organisations to increase market share and EBIT (Stephan Rimpl)
• the targeted improvement of purchasing processes, procurement and the supply chain to achieve sustainable cost reductions (Raffaele Starace)
• as well as the professional delivery of management assessments for executive boards (Dan Heiter).

Drawing on real-life client projects, the articles demonstrated how Swiss SMEs can strengthen their competitiveness through clear structures, sound analysis and consistent implementation.

“Our aim was to provide decision-makers from the region with concrete ideas and practical solutions,” said Eliseo Auciello. “The open discussion and the high level of interest confirm just how relevant these issues are for Swiss SMEs at present.”

During the drinks reception that followed, participants took the opportunity to engage in personal discussions and network in a relaxed atmosphere.
