Rolf Steinmann is an experienced business transformation manager with over 30 years’ international experience. He has a proven track record in managing complex transformation and outsourcing programmes, as well as in the turnaround and restructuring of large organisations.

His profile is characterised by in-depth expertise in programme and project portfolio management, digital and business transformation, and the definition and implementation of business and operating models in challenging sectors such as telecommunications, banking, chemicals, healthcare and energy.
