Beerligroup AG is responding to this by strategically expanding its network and has recruited five experienced professionals as Senior Advisors: André Schläppi, Daniel Lehmann, Christoph Ernst, Rolf Steinmann, Stefan Ludewig and Jacqueline Gestach. Proven expertise in transformation and leadership
André Schläppi brings over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching, as well as extensive leadership and governance expertise at C-level.
Daniel Lehmann supports SMEs in digitalisation and transformation projects, combining strategic vision with operational implementation experience gained from various industrial and commercial enterprises.
Christoph Ernst joins the team, focusing on organisational development, performance improvement and the sustainable implementation of transformation initiatives.
Rolf Steinmann has more than 30 years’ international experience in managing complex transformation, turnaround and outsourcing programmes.
Stefan Ludewig brings over 30 years of international leadership experience to the table and supports the company with strategic, transformation and growth projects.
Jacqueline Gestach joins Beerligroup as a proven HR and leadership expert with over 20 years’ international experience and provides holistic support to companies in transformation processes at the interface between strategy, organisation and culture.
