Stephan Rimpl

Stephan Rimpl, who holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA and an HSG CAS in Law & Management, combines in-depth technical industrial expertise with broad strategic and economic competence and 25 years’ leadership experience. He advises clients from renowned medium-sized and large corporations in the mechanical and plant engineering, aviation and automotive industries. Using the profit-oriented management method he developed – ‘Profit Alignment’ – he guides industrial companies through the transformation required to meet current geopolitical and global economic challenges. As a managing director holding roles as CEO, CTO and COO, he played a key role in successfully aligning companies for economic growth on a global scale. Within these organisations, he was responsible for strategic planning, profit and loss, as well as the operational implementation of a wide range of major industrial projects. Stephan Rimpl has also been a university lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at the DHBW for many years, personally passing on his exceptional practical knowledge to the next generation of technical leaders.
