André Schläppi is strengthening the firm’s executive coaching and strategic leadership support at the highest level
His professional career is wide-ranging and combines entrepreneurial, operational and strategic responsibilities: as a partner, shareholder, CEO and board member of a leading Swiss SME specialising in HR services, he played a key role in shaping its development. This profile is complemented by his role as sales director with P&L responsibility at an international technology group, as well as his position as Country Head of Human Resources for around 5,000 employees.
In addition, André Schläppi has served as a trustee for a major pension fund and for employer-sponsored foundations, thereby bringing with him sound governance experience.
He has continually built on his academic foundation as an electrical engineer (FH) – including through a postgraduate degree in business administration and further training at renowned institutions such as the SKU, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and the London School of Business. In addition, he has completed various board training programmes. Most recently, in January 2026, he successfully completed a CAS in Financial Consulting at the ZHAW.
In his work as a coach and sparring partner, André Schläppi relies on open dialogue on an equal footing – characterised by trust, clarity and sound expertise. Thanks to his excellent network, he is well versed in sectors such as pharmaceuticals/life sciences, technology, IT, finance, SMEs, media, retail, marketing and services.
