André Schläppi

André Schläppi has over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching – particularly at C-level and in challenging personal transformation processes.

His professional career is wide-ranging: he has served as a partner, shareholder, CEO and board member of a leading Swiss SME specialising in human resources services. In addition, he has extensive experience as a sales director with P&L responsibility at an international technology group, as well as serving as Country Head of Human Resources for 5,000 employees.

At the same time, he served as a trustee for a major pension fund and for employer-sponsored foundations.

As an electrical engineer (FH), he has continuously pursued further education – including a postgraduate degree in business administration and courses at renowned institutions such as the SKU, the Duke University Fuqua School of Business, the London School of Business and various board training programmes. Most recently, in January 2026, he completed a CAS in Financial Consulting at the ZHAW.

André Schläppi works as a coach and sparring partner, engaging in open dialogue on an equal footing – characterised by trust, clarity and expertise. He has an excellent network and is well-versed in sectors such as pharmaceuticals/life sciences, technology, IT, finance, SMEs, media, retail, marketing and services.

He carries out his assignments as an authentic communicator in German and English.
