Beerligroup continues to expand its management team

Eliseo Auciello has more than 25 years’ international experience as a senior manager in industry. During his career, he has held both line management roles and project management positions, specialising in particular in the evaluation and development of executive-level leaders, as well as in board audits. His professional experience spans both large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various global markets.

A particular focus of his work was on the successful implementation of digital transformation projects in international industrial settings. In a global development project with sites in over 60 countries, he took responsibility for the fundamental digitalisation of collaboration. The aim was to sustainably reduce high levels of complexity, communication problems, duplication of effort, as well as rising costs and development times. As part of this project, Eliseo Auciello reorganised the engineering teams, defined clear roles and responsibilities, and established a performance-oriented team culture. Furthermore, he professionalised project management through the targeted combination of agile methods, traditional project management standards and rigorous risk management.

Eliseo Auciello brings extensive expertise in the fields of leadership, human resources, interim management and career reorientation for C-level executives. A key area of interest and expertise for him is leadership during demanding periods of change and critical corporate situations that require a fundamental strategic realignment. In this context, he has successfully applied his experience and leadership skills to support organisations through challenging times and to shape sustainable change processes.
