Paul Beerli
Chairman of the Board
Paul Beerli’s career has included line management roles in large corporations and SMEs across a wide range of sectors, from public administration to the pharmaceutical industry and plant engineering, through to finance and construction. Among other roles, he has served as training manager, head of HR, CFO, CEO, owner and chairman of the board of directors, and has played a key role in shaping the strategic and operational development of his organisations.
With over 30 years’ experience in leadership and HR management, he possesses in-depth insights into interim management and the career reorientation of C-level executives. He has conducted around 1,400 interviews with interim managers and supported 300 executives through career transitions. He was also President of the Swiss umbrella organisation for interim managers.
