Jacqueline Gestach

Jacqueline Gestach is a strategic HR and leadership expert with over 20 years’ practical international experience in global and highly regulated organisations within the financial, consultancy and IT sectors. She possesses a deep understanding of human resources in its entirety – from strategy, organisation and leadership through to culture, governance and implementation – shaped by many years of responsibility for steering and implementing HR decisions in complex organisations.

As a sparring partner, she provides support in challenging decision-making and transition situations. She takes a holistic and systemic approach to HR, taking into account the impact of decisions on the organisation, leadership, culture and people.
