Our mandates are led by people who have themselves carried responsibility in transformation and change projects – as CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, CSO, CIO, CTO, board member or programme/project manager.

We are expanding our network with selected senior executives who want to pass on this experience: hands-on, for a defined period and with impact.

What you bring

  • Many years of leadership experience at C-level or as a senior project manager, ideally also as a board member
  • A proven track record in transformation, restructuring, growth or integration
  • The willingness not only to advise, but to take responsibility within the mandate
  • Familiarity with SMEs, family businesses or private-equity-owned companies

What to expect

  • Mandates as interim line manager, project manager, interim board member or sparring partner/assessor at C-level
  • A network of experienced colleagues from a range of industries
