Daniel Lehmann supports SMEs through transformations that are crucial for their future
As a qualified business economist (GSBA) with an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, he has undertaken in-depth further training in digital and AI transformation, including at INSEAD and the University of St Gallen (HSG). He has built up his extensive expertise at C-level and as a managing director of B2B trading and industrial companies – in sectors such as PPE/workwear, packaging, mechanical engineering, software and electronics.
Drawing on his many years of operational experience, Daniel Lehmann has first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by medium-sized enterprises. With a strong can-do attitude, a spirit of innovation and a deep understanding of technological developments, he supports companies as a reliable partner through complex change processes. In doing so, he places particular emphasis on sustainable, practical solutions that ensure long-term competitiveness.
His areas of responsibility to date have included, amongst other things, the strategic repositioning of companies, the scaling of omnichannel and e-commerce activities, and the successful implementation of post-merger integrations.
Today, Daniel Lehmann brings this combination of strategic vision and operational expertise to bear in board and consultancy roles. His focus is on medium-sized companies in Switzerland that are facing specific challenges relating to growth, transformation or integration.
