André L. Belleville

André L. Belleville is convinced that companies realise their potential when leadership is clear, people-centred and consistently forward-looking. This guiding principle has shaped his entire professional career.

With more than three decades of international experience in leadership roles – including over twenty years in senior positions within the technology sector at Microsoft – he possesses extensive expertise in technology, people leadership, business management and transformation processes. In the EMEA region, he has established and led organisations, implemented change initiatives and supported leadership teams through challenging phases of development.

Following his time with the group, he moved into the executive search sector in order to have an even more direct impact on the key factors of modern leadership and effective organisational design. Today, through his own international consultancy firm, he supports boards of directors and C-level executives in filling strategically important roles and further developing their companies. He has also established a contemporary approach to executive search: ‘reverse headhunting’ – a candidate-centred model that achieves sustainable results, particularly in the digital environment.

His areas of expertise include executive search and reverse headhunting, leadership and organisational development, executive coaching, succession planning and support for complex transformation projects.

As a member of the Board of Directors of EMCC Switzerland, he is actively committed to ensuring high quality standards in coaching and mentoring.
