Crises reveal how good leadership really is

In stable times, many things work ‘automatically’. In times of upheaval, this is no longer the case.

The following is required:

• clear decisions
• and visible leadership

The problem is that this is precisely when the right people are often missing.

Because:

• internal resources are overburdened
• Lack of experience
• or structures are not working

In such situations, leadership determines success or failure. Not the strategy.
