Dr Marcos Arias brings 25 years of international leadership experience from C-level roles as CEO, CSO, CMO and CPO. His areas of expertise include effective leadership, digital transformation and the implementation of complex organisational changes whilst maintaining operational excellence.

He is equally at home in B2B and B2C environments, in SMEs as well as in large corporations. Sectors: medical technology, textiles, automotive supply, plastics processing and high-tech composites.
