Dan Heiter brings over 25 years’ experience in both operational and strategic human resources management. He has successfully applied his leadership skills in major international corporations and SMEs across various sectors, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, aviation and other industrial sectors.

He has successfully guided companies through challenging transformation processes as they realigned and restructured their businesses – from repositioning and M&A transactions to operational restructuring and divestments.

As an interim manager, Dan Heiter has extensive experience in human resources management and leadership, particularly in challenging business situations. With his empathetic approach – drawing on his elite sporting mindset as a former athlete – he supports executives and staff through difficult business and personal challenges.
