Sounding Board & Sparring Partner
What gap should we help you fill?
Tell us about your current situation – in a confidential initial consultation. You will speak directly to a partner who understands your needs.
As a sparring partner, we support boards of directors and CEOs in an independent, critical and constructive manner. We scrutinise strategic decisions, highlight risks and opportunities, and contribute best practices. This creates space for clarity, confidence and bold decisions.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need a sparring partner?
When a decision is too important to be reached by internal consensus, and there is no body capable of voicing dissent without vested interests and regardless of hierarchy.
How does the collaboration work?
This usually takes place in confidential discussions at agreed intervals or on an ad hoc basis prior to important decisions. The frequency is tailored to your schedule, not to a set programme.
How confidential is this?
Complete. Discussions remain confidential between the parties involved, and we do not accept any mandates that would lead to a conflict of interest.
Isn’t that the same as coaching?
Coaching focuses primarily on your role and your development. We also work on the matter at hand: strategy, options, risks and the consequences of a specific decision.
