Beerligroup expands its management team

Among the new recruits is Robert Augat, a proven specialist in restructuring, financial matters and operational management. Augat brings decades of experience from challenging turnaround and reorganisation mandates – expertise that is particularly in demand in the current economic climate.

Also new to the team is André L. Belleville, a Swiss-American dual national who has built his career in executive search. With his focus on reverse headhunting – the targeted placement of senior executives in new roles – he strengthens Beerligroup’s expertise in human resources and leadership.

Markus Feldmann is the third new recruit to join the team. This seasoned transformation expert has in-depth knowledge of the capital goods industry and has led numerous industrial change programmes. Feldmann is known for his hands-on approach, which is often crucial in traditional industries.

With Raffaele Starace, Beerligroup is also bringing on board an experienced specialist in supply chain management, procurement and logistics. In times of globally fragmented supply chains, his expertise is vital for many companies.

The new team of advisers is complemented by Ralph Sutter, whose experience in the crypto sector, financial markets law, banking supervision, as well as compliance and corporate governance, covers a broad range of regulatory expertise – an area that is becoming increasingly complex for many companies.

The team is rounded off by Armin Keller, an experienced CIO/CTO with a deep understanding of IT architectures, cybersecurity, IT risk management and data management. Against the backdrop of advancing digitalisation, this area is becoming increasingly strategically relevant for consultancy engagements.
